Membership Database
With over five years of development, a powerful and rock solid database structure has been developed, ensuring your member database is always secure, and stable.
Customizable member database
The member database can contain as many fields as you would like, allowing you to store any needed information on members. You can add and rename database fields at any time after the program has started.
Multiple Member Types
The xFlow fully supports multiple member types, allowing you to offer different levels of
membership. Every member type can be charged a different membership fee, earn different commission amounts,
be added to different program structures, plus much more.
Import Existing Member Database
If you're currently using a different software package, you can easily transfer your existing member database over to the xFlow by creating an EIF file. For full information on how to create an EIF file, please consult the EIF File Specifications
manual of the online documentation site.
Supports 300,000+ Members
Tests have proven the xFlow can easily handle 300,000+ members on a single server. Database replication
is available for larger databases, which allows for a virtually unlimited number of members.
New Member Creation
Allow members to join from your self replicating web site, or create them through the Admin Control Panel.
Customizable Member Creation
Define exactly how members are created, including their member type, status, self replicating web site,
Member's Only Area, program structures they are added to, plus more. A membership fee can also be charged
upon joining, before an active membership is granted.
Randomly Created Passwords
Have a random six character password generated for each new member who joins. This ensures
all new members have a valid e-mail address, as they will receive their password via e-mail.
Duplicate Fields Check
When a new member joins, the xFlow can check any needed fields in the member database, to ensure
no two members have the same information. This is useful for things such as ensuring no two members have the
same e-mail address.
Cookie Based Tracking
If wanted, have a small cookie automatically placed in every visitor's browser. If the visitor joins at a later date,
credit will always be given to the member's web site they initially visited, regardless of which member's web site they
join from. This ensures proper credit is always given to members.
Newuser Form Generation
Automatically generate the HTML code for your signup form through the Admin Control Panel, customized to your
exact member database and program.
Membership Management
Professionally manage your membership database with the xFlow. View detailed account summaries, query all members, activate / deactivate members, plus much more.
View Account Summary
View a detailed account summary of any member, which displays the member's profile, and summary information on their genealogy, and
all transactions added to their account. Members can view a summary of their own account through the Member's Only Area.
Activate / Deactivate Members
Instantly activate or deactivate members with the click of a mouse. When a member has been deactivated, they
will no longer have access to the Member's Only Area, and their self replicating web site will no longer work.
Deleted Member Summaries
No member is ever permanently deleted from the database. Instead, every time a member is deleted a summary is created for them. The
summary can be viewed at any time in the future, in case you ever need to recall information on a deleted member.
Query All Members
Search the entire member database to find any member you're looking for. You can search for the member's profile,
plus several additional parameters such as member status, account balance, plus more.
Member's Only Area
All members receive access to a password protected Member's Only Area, where they can manage every aspect of their account. The area is completely template based, allowing you to make it look any way you wish.
Template Based
The entire Member's Only Area is completely template based, allowing you to make it look any way you desire. You can upload
additional web pages and directories aswell, if you have a need to offer additional pages.
Multiple Member Only Areas
Create multiple Member Only Areas, and give each member type a different area. For example, you can
give free members a basic area, while giving paid members a different area that contains additional information
only for paid members.
Password Reminder
Members can easily retrieve their password through the built-in password retrieval feature. The member simply enters their e-mail address, and their password will be automatically e-mailed to them.
