Automated Upgrade / Module Installation
The Admin Control Panel is linked directly to the Skymarx Solutions upgrade server, ensuring you always have immediate access to the latest upgrades. Through a special Install Upgrades / Modules feature, the xFlow will contact the Skymarx Solutions upgrade server, and retrieve information on all available upgrades and modules.

From within your Admin Control Panel you can select which upgrades and modules you would like to install. The xFlow will then download the needed packages from the upgrade server, and automatically install them on your server. No manual work is required on your part. This ensures you will always be running the latest version of the software.

Automated Upgrade Checks
If wanted, the xFlow will automatically check the Skymarx Solutions server every night for any new upgrades. If any upgrades are available, they will be automatically installed on your server.

Multiple Administrators
Create multiple administrators, giving each their own login to the Admin Control Panel. Different privilege settings can be assigned to each administrator, granting them access to only the needed actions, while restricting access to anything more sensitive.

Automated Database Backups
Automatically have backups performed of your entire database every night, or however often you would like. In case of a server failure, you're entire database can be restored in a matter of minutes with a backup archive. You can also have all backup archives automatically uploaded to a remote FTP server, to help ensure against complete server failures.

Import EIF File
The EIF file format has been developed to allow you to upload a text delimited file into the Admin Control Panel, and instantly process a large number of actions. This is useful for things such as, importing an existing database of members, processing a large number of transactions at once, and so on. Integrate Third Party Scripts
You have the ability to integrate third party scripts, allowing you to link another system into the xFlow. For example, every time a new member is created, a third party script can be automatically executed, and create an account in a second system. Internal Messaging System
All messages, such as error and success messages, are stored in the database, instead of in the source code of the software. This allows you to change the messages which your members view, giving you even more flexibility over your business.

Perform Mass Action
Instantly perform an action on all members in the database, or a select group of members. You simply select which group of members, and the xFlow will instantly perform the specified action against all members.

Export Member Database
Export your entire member database to a text delimited file, or only a select group of members. You can define the exact information to export on each member.

Growth Report
View information on how your organization has grown over the months. This report shows how many members of each type and status joined each month, and day.

Genealogy Report
Oversee your overall genealogy, how many downline positions have been created, and even how many members are in each program structure. View how many downline positions were created during each month, and day.

Transaction Report
View detailed information on all transactions processed over the months. View the number of transactions, the total amount of all transactions combined, and even information on each specific transaction in the index.

Web Site Stats Report
View detailed statistics on the traffic all member's self replicating web sites combined have received. This allows you to view how much traffic your organization is receiving as a whole.
